SALON TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEPOSITS
We request that ALL clients, new and existing, secure their appointment with a deposit that will come off the bill at the end of the appointment.
A $50 deposit is required for ALL appointments (unless the final bill is less than $50)
This includes rebooking in salon, your new deposit will be added to your bill, and will come off at the end of your new appointment.
CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation message 72 hours before your appointment, please reply YES to confirm or call/text the salon on 0426 036 811 to reschedule.
RESCHEDULING
If you need to reschedule, please call/text the salon. If you give more than 48 hours notice your deposit will transfer to your new appointment.
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. Insufficient notice will result in forfeit of deposit and a new deposit will be required to book your next appointment.
If you fail to contact us to cancel your appointment and no show, you will forfeit the deposit and a new deposit will be required for your next appointment.
